C. erythraea tiene los lóbulos de la corola mayores de 1/2 de la longitud del tubo, y los sépalos son más cortos, 1/2-2/3 que la longitud del tubo. En Flora Ibérica aparece citada en la provincia de Minho, al norte de la localización. C. pulchellum y C. tenuiflorum presentan medidas y localización más acordes; son plantas anuales, con roseta basal de hojas poco desarrollada, estas con 3-5 nervios. P. pulchellum presenta 2 a 7 escapos o ramificaciones basales (P. tenuifolum se ramifica por encima de la mitad del tallo).
