When uploading your observations to inaturalist, instead of leaving the identification section blank; if you have no idea about the species, if you write "Plantae" for plants, "Animalia" for animals and insects, and "Fungi" for fungi, you will greatly contribute to reducing the identification workload on the site and to the correct identification of your observations as soon as possible. Currently, more than 500 thousand observations remain unidentified in this way, and this number is increasing day by day. Unfortunately, observations that leave the identification section blank are overlooked on the site and remain unidentified for long periods or even years. Best.
